good staff

Our daughter attended the school age program for 3 years. She enjoyed attending. The staff working directly with our child were very good. However we were introduced to this program with it being portrayed as a long term setting as our daughter matures into adulthood; we were told there were even plans for a group home setting. When the program abruptly ended, we received the information from a third party. No communication from the school management. There are members in leadership that have disabled children, so they should appreciate how hurtful this was, but are apparently too busy. Five stars for the employees, one star for management lack of empathy. Stacey, Kim and Megan Ralls, May 2013.
